Your 90jl account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account with any other person. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances accrued in an account that has been shared, sold, or transferred may be forfeited.

90jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (deposit only via Cliqq), Cebuana Lhuillier, and USDT. All PHP transactions are processed at face value with no conversion fees applied by 90jl. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside 90jl's control.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱100–₱200 for bank transfers, depending on the provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers. Specific limits are displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are targeted to be processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–6 business hours, depending on the receiving bank's schedule. 90jl aims to meet these targets but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider, bank maintenance, or regulatory checks. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your 90jl account are from legitimate sources and that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. 90jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering or fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the relevant accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱100, deducted from the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a further 6 months of inactivity.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 90jl are subject to specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates. These terms are specified for each individual promotion and must be read before claiming a bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
90jl reserves the right to void bonuses and recalculate winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing minimal-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from a free bonus (no-deposit bonus) is ₱5,000 per promotion, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
All games on the 90jl Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. 90jl's decisions on game outcomes, payouts, and rule interpretations are final.
Non-live games on the 90jl Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from 90jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 90jl account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
90jl expressly disclaims all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processing failures; (d) losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events beyond 90jl's reasonable control.
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation in gambling and that 90jl provides no guarantee of winning outcomes. All gambling decisions are made at your own risk.
